Telling a Natural Health Story Through Modern Media

The Make Wellness featured reel—a short-form content piece designed to inspire, educate, and convert. This project explores the power of storytelling, thoughtful pacing, and visual impact in the growing world of natural health supplements.

Through seamless video editing, voiceover narration, original graphic design, and strategic scripting, I created a wellness explainer designed for today’s fast-paced digital landscape.

About Make Wellness Project

Created for a peptide-based supplement line called Make Wellness, this reel is centered on educating audiences about the natural science behind peptides—short amino acid chains that support energy, focus, metabolism, muscle tone, and inflammation relief.

The video was crafted with a clear mission: to introduce the product with warmth and authenticity while honoring the science in a way that's approachable, digestible, and beautifully branded. This 3.5-minute video is designed to live across platforms—whether as a social media reel, embedded site content, or part of a broader email or ad campaign.

Crafting the Experience

I developed every element of this video—from the voiceover to the visual cuts. The pacing was engineered to create a warm, credible, and informative narrative. AI tools helped support early-stage scripting and structure, allowing me to move quickly from idea to execution.

The piece was completed in under three hours using Adobe Express for video assembly, with additional design and audio support from the broader Adobe Suite.
