From there, I'll leverage compelling visuals and multimedia techniques to bring your story to life, using tools like PowerPoint, Keynote, or Google Slides. A common mistake is jumping to aesthetics prior to established content strategy. Often, I will focus on four elements:

Whose voice is the narrative from (stakeholder, client, dev teams, etc.)
The target audience
What is the desired outcome, or impact on the target audience
The story outline: capsule, theme/message, action and repeating the capsule
